Black Box Print Shop provides a full-service screen printing experience, handling everything from concept to final production. With a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces per design, this service is ideal for businesses, brands, and teams looking for consistent, high-quality apparel and merchandise.
We print on a wide range of products including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatsuits, tote bags, and packaging materials, with the flexibility to mix and match garment styles using the same design.
Using premium inks and materials, including industry-standard plastisol, every print is produced to be vibrant, durable, and long-lasting. Maximum print size is up to 12” x 15”.
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days. Rush options are available for faster delivery timelines.

Options include water-based inks for a soft, breathable feel, as well as neon, reflective, metallic (silver and gold), and puff print finishes. These specialty techniques enhance both the look and feel of your garments, helping your brand leave a lasting impression.

For designs that require high detail or smaller quantities, Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) provide flexible and efficient solutions.
